Choose between certifications and hands-on experience.
Which one would you go for?
The keyword here is certifications, not certificates.
To be honest, both are good if you can get them.
But hands-on experience is what gets the job done.
Many people miss out on dream job opportunities, not because they don’t have certifications.
But because they don’t have hands-on project experience.
Now, don’t get me wrong, certifications have value.
They’re like school certificates in the skill market.
But the truth is, you can still get a job with clear experience working on different projects rather than having just certifications.
Your resume should highlight your technical skills and problem-solving abilities relevant to the company you’re applying to.
Your skills and experience is what make you stand out.
After that, it’s all about confidence and how well you handle the process.
If you’re working toward a certification, you can note it as “in progress” on your resume.
But what companies truly care about is whether you’re good at what you do.
If you have projects to showcase, that’s the real deal.
Add them to your resume and portfolio where needed.
I just wanted to share this so you can confidently chase your tech dreams.
P.S. Certifications are in stages, when you begin...
They are not as important as hands-on experience, but as you grow in the career,
You would need both.
Because certain positions and levels require both certifications and more experience.
